  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced Cajun sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Add pasta and heavy cream. Stir well.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot.
