- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat (400-450°F).
- Rub the steak with olive oil, then season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness (130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Let the steak come to room temperature before grilling for even cooking.
- Avoid flipping the steak more than once.
