Instructions

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately. Optional: Squeeze lemon juice over the asparagus before serving.

- For thinner asparagus, reduce the roasting time.
