- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Divide chicken and sweet potatoes into meal prep containers.
