Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Remove potatoes and set aside.
- In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic.
- Cook garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cubed steak and cook to your preferred doneness.
- Return potatoes to the pan and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot.
