Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll mixture into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Add sprinkles before chocolate sets.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
