Ingredients

Instructions
- Chop white chocolate finely and place in a bowl.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming but not boiling.
- Pour hot cream over chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Mix in orange extract, orange zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Chill mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop and roll into small balls.
- Coat truffles in melted white chocolate or powdered sugar.
- Chill again until set.
